You don’t have to come to us to benefit from our educational work.
We can come to you.
To schools – our staff or volunteers can give talks on various aspects of the heritage, technology of the waterways and the craft and people who used them.
We do ask a fee for this service, to cover costs and contribute to the work of the Trust. The fee will depend on your specific requirements.
To community groups – we give talks to the U3A, local history societies and other groups.
We ask for a suitable donation to the Trust’s funds, and suggest about £50 for an hour’s talk.
Contact us to discuss your requirements.
