Chiltern IWA talks at Batchworth Lock
IWA Chiltern are pleased to announce that as from September our monthly entertainment programme will be held at the Rickmansworth Waterways Trust Batchworth Lock Education Centre WD3 1JJ. IWA programme secretary Colin Bird has put together another interesting and diverse waterways programme from top class speakers with illustrated talks.
Whilst we are primarily here for our members, we welcome everyone who has an interest in the waterways. We serve complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits at half time. To meet our operating costs, we ask for a minimum donation of £5 per person, or £3 if you are an IWA member.
An informal Christmas Meal and quiz night is being planned for Wednesday 15th December at 7pm at a cost of £12 per head. Food to be pre-ordered. Contact John Brice below for details.
