Come to the Festival and take part

With about 25,000 people coming over the weekend, you''ll find a great range of opportunities to interact with our community. You may want to come as a performer in music, dance or verse; to present your Charity or organisation; to sell your wares; to cater for the visitors; or to bring your boat.

CATERERS

PLEASE NOTE - the majority of Caterers who took franchises in 2023 so far have wished to re book for 2024. We do potentially have a few opportunities for new caterers and we maintain a list of caterers who are interested in attending. If you wish to be considered for catering in 2024 and be added to our list of interested caterers please email rickyfestivaltrade@gmail.com to register your interest.

TRADERS

Booking information for the 2024 Festival will be sent by email to those who traded in 2023 and these traders will get 2 weeks to complete their booking prior to the booking process being opened up to new traders on 15th January 2024.  If you have any enquires about trading prior to this  please email rickyfestivaltrade@gmail.com.

BOATERS

Booking information for the 2024 Festival will be sent by email to those who brought a boat in 2023 and these boaters will get 2 weeks to complete their booking prior to the booking process being opened up to new applications on 15th January 2024.  If you have any enquires about bringing a boat to the 2024 Festival prior to this please email rickyfestivalboats@gmail.com.
